Our Vegan Filling mixture conteins high quality pea protein and sprouted mung bean flakes therefore is high in protein and fibre. This filling is suitable for savoury pastry of all shapes (pastry snails, twists etc.).

Ingredients: Dried sprouted mung beans flakes 53 %, dried vegetables (onion, garlic, tomato powder), corn starch, pea protein, sea salt, spice mixture, beetroot concentrate, caramelised sugar. Product may contain traces of gluten, eggs, soy, milk, nuts and sesame.
