MILLED FLAX SEED
Milled flaxseed is getting highly valued in the market for its rich source of unsaturated fatty acids omega-3, but to use all its benefits, it is necessary to consume milled flaxseed. Only milled flaxseed allows the body to fully assess all significant nutritional substances which contains.

Vitamins and minerals: Flaxseed is a good source of Magnesium, Vitamin B1 and Phosporus (more than 30% RDA in 30g) and source of Iron and Zinc (more than 15% RDA in 30g).
